When your delivery person, took the time to capture the floral piece that I ordered for my granddaughter's birthday, and then sent it to me, was so thoughtful and unexpected. Because I live in Colorado and she lives in Georgia, I did not, for the first time, have to contact the floral company to confirm delivery.
